Apple Unveils iPhone 17 Pro & Pro Max With Larger Displays, Enhanced Storage
Apple has unveiled the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, featuring larger displays and enhanced storage options. The devices boast a sleek aluminum unibody design and impressive camera systems.
The iPhone 17 Pro sports a 6.3-inch display, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max offers a larger 6.9-inch screen, both with rounded edges for improved grip. Both models retain the 120 Hz OLED display from the previous generation, with a resolution of 2,622 × 1,206 pixels. Storage options have been expanded, with the iPhone 17 Pro Max offering an additional 2 TB capacity alongside the 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB options available in the iPhone 17 Pro model.
The camera module spans the entire width of the new iPhone 17 Pro models, housing three lenses: main, ultra-wide, and zoom. The main camera delivers detailed images and high color accuracy. Battery life has been improved, with the iPhone 17 Pro lasting 20 hours and 21 minutes, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max lasting 21 hours and 31 minutes in video streaming playback. The devices are powered by the A19 Pro chip, which distributes heat efficiently for better durability and performance. The iPhone 17 Pro weighs 204 grams, and the iPhone 17 Pro Max weighs 231 grams, making them robust yet lightweight.
The iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max offer improved displays, expanded storage, and enhanced camera systems. With a new design featuring vibrant colors like Cosmic Orange, these models differentiate themselves from the base iPhone model. Pricing starts at around $1,199 to $1,249 USD for the iPhone 17 Pro Max, or approximately 1,449 euros in Germany, with no 128 GB version available.
