**Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Introduces Smart Kiosks to Speed Up Ordering Process**

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, a leading travel stop network, has revolutionized its dining experience by deploying intelligent, tablet-like touchscreen kiosks in all 112 Arby's restaurants across 30 states nationwide.

These innovative kiosks, in partnership with technology company Bite, offer a faster, self-service ordering system that has significantly improved the ordering process for customers. By reducing mistakes compared to traditional counter orders, the self-ordering system also enhances customer satisfaction.

The kiosks provide a user-friendly interface, displaying images of every menu item and offering suggestions like limited-time promotions and popular add-ons such as Curly Fries and Jamocha Shakes. Orders can be placed in both English and Spanish, increasing accessibility for a wider range of customers.

Moreover, the kiosks integrate seamlessly with Love's existing technology systems, including the Love's Connect mobile app for order-ahead service, point of sale, and loyalty rewards program—allowing customers to easily apply rewards and streamline payment.

Joe Cotton, Love's vice president of food service, stated that the kiosks are transforming their operations and driving loyalty. This initiative is part of Love's broader $1 billion investment in remodeling and modernizing its stores, with Arby's as a key focus in 2025. Love's plans to extend these smart kiosks to additional quick-service restaurant concepts within its travel centers later this year.

The kiosks empower customers with more control over their orders, allowing them to repurpose the time saved to shop and take advantage of Love's amenities while waiting for their orders. They also enable Love's team members to dedicate more time to food preparation, optimizing the customer experience.

Love's is committed to innovation and aims to refine the order-ahead experience and streamline kitchen order delivery for improved accuracy and timeliness. This move is part of Love's strategy to further support a seamless, end-to-end customer journey, helping customers get back on the road quickly.
