AudioCodes has unveiled the 'Intelligent Meeting Room', a cutting-edge solution designed to boost productivity and engagement during both in-person and remote meetings. The new system aims to provide a seamless hybrid meeting experience, supporting various spaces from large meeting rooms to work-from-home desks.
The Intelligent Meeting Room leverages generative AI to create and share meeting summaries, allowing participants to focus on discussions rather than note-taking. This feature is enabled through a bot developed by AudioCodes, which can be added to meetings via the AudioCodes RX-PAD meeting controller.
The solution also integrates advanced visual AI capabilities, such as face detection and multi-camera streaming, to enhance collaboration and meeting equity. This ensures that all participants, regardless of their location, can actively engage in the discussion.
In October 2024, AudioCodes announced that its Meeting Insights solution now supports Zoom meetings. This move addresses data silos and further expands the company's reach in the video conferencing market. AudioCodes' Meeting Insights technology records, transcribes, and offers AI-powered meeting minutes, creating a valuable knowledge repository.
