Berlin's Potsdamer Platz Unveils Germany's Largest 3D Advertising Screen
Berlin's Potsdamer Platz has been transformed with the installation of Germany's largest 3D advertising screen. The 257 square meter display, boasting over 5.7 million pixels, was unveiled as part of a 300 million euro urban renewal project.
The screen, a collaboration between HYGH, Oxford Properties, and Norges Bank Investment Management, is not just for ad campaigns. It serves as a surface for events and live communication, offering brands new ways to engage audiences with immersive, three-dimensional content.
Coca-Cola and L'Oréal were the first to utilise the screen with specially designed 3D campaigns. The display's ability to enhance spatial depth and create plastic 3D effects sets it apart. It was integrated into the existing building, completing the modernization of the area in 2018.
The 3D advertising screen at Potsdamer Platz is more than just a marketing tool. It's a central part of the area's repositioning and a symbol of its medial development. With its impressive size and innovative technology, it promises to captivate audiences and enhance the visitor experience.
