Renowned Mining Executive Aline Côté Joins Patriot Battery Metals' Board
Patriot Battery Metals Inc. has announced a significant addition to its board of directors, with the appointment of Aline Côté. Effective immediately, Côté, an independent director, brings over 27 years of international mining experience to the table.
Côté's career in the mining sector began at Noranda Inc., where she held progressively senior roles. She later moved on to Xstrata plc and Glencore International AG, where she was notably the first female Industrial Lead, managing global zinc and lead assets.
Based in Quebec, Côté is widely recognized across the global mining industry. Her expertise spans exploration, technical services, operational leadership, and strategic management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology and an MBA from the Université du Québec, and completed postgraduate training at Laurentian University.
In addition to her role at Patriot Battery Metals, Côté has previously served on the boards of Kazzinc and Trevali Mining Corporation, where she chaired the Technical Committee.
