Apple has unveiled its latest operating system updates, iOS 26 and iPadOS 26, at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2025. These updates aim to refine user experiences and boost productivity within the Apple ecosystem.
iOS 26 introduces a fresh design overhaul, Liquid Glass, which offers a more expressive and delightful experience across the system. Enhanced capabilities, known as Apple Intelligence, are integrated throughout the system, making tasks easier and more personal. Meanwhile, iPadOS 26 is designed to push the iPad's capabilities further. A new windowing system provides an intuitive and powerful system for managing apps, enhancing multitasking and productivity. The Files App has new features for organizing files, including customizable folders and background tasks for downloads. The Preview App allows users to view and edit PDFs with Apple Pencil Markup and AutoFill.
