Collaboration of DFI with Tech Giants for the Provision of Artificial Intelligence and Edge Solutions Supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance Objectives

At Automation Expo 2025, DFI is presenting ESG-driven AI solutions and rugged edge computing systems tailored for mission-critical applications. These innovations emphasize sustainability and robust performance, designed to meet demanding industrial environments.

These products are particularly tailored for industries requiring high reliability and intelligent automation, such as manufacturing, industrial automation, and critical infrastructure sectors, where edge computing and AI integration are vital for operational efficiency and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.

DFI's key innovations at the expo focus on combining AI-driven capabilities with ruggedized edge systems to serve mission-critical industrial applications with a strong commitment to ESG principles.

In the transportation sector, DFI will showcase the EN50155-compliant UPS-IP300 for efficient and reliable railway operations, alongside rugged in-vehicle systems like the VC700-ASL-built to meet E-mark and ITxPT standards, and tested to MIL-STD-810G for vibration and shock resilience.

For the defense sector, DFI presents the COM-HPC RPS9HC, designed for extreme field use, and the ultra-compact QRB811 OSM for commercial UAVs applications. The ECX700-ADP, offering advanced connectivity and low-latency 5G, is ideal for AMR deployments in Industry 4.0 environments.

In the medical field, DFI introduces IEC 60601-compliant AI servers for diagnostics, monitoring, and edge-based imaging. To support diverse AI workloads, DFI presents the EC700-ADN with DEEPX NPU for low-latency inference.

Moreover, DFI has collaborated with industrial AI partner LivNSense to offer ESG-ready, AI-powered solutions. These solutions integrate DFI's EC600-series, EC700-ASL, in-vehicle systems, and the newly launched Edge AI server with LivNSense's VICAS AI engine for real-time safety detection at the edge.

The industrial PC market in India is projected to grow at a 10.1% CAGR (2020-2026), driven by automation, robotics, medical, transportation, and other Industry 4.0 applications. To cater to this growing market, DFI features the hybrid x86- and ARM-based platforms X6-MTH-ORN / X6-ORN at the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion (Hall 6, I2-J2).
