DailyPay Names Poulomi Damany as New Chief Product Officer
DailyPay, a leading On-Demand Pay platform, has appointed Poulomi Damany as its new Chief Product Officer. Damany brings extensive experience to the role, having previously led product teams at notable companies like Credit Karma and Yahoo!. She will report directly to CEO Stacy Greiner and aims to enhance the financial well-being of DailyPay's users through AI and data-driven innovation.
Damany's appointment comes as DailyPay continues to expand its platform. Recently, it added Frontline Communications and Perks, features designed to promote financial wellness and security among workers. With over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation, Damany is well-positioned to lead DailyPay's product segment.
Prior to joining DailyPay, Damany served as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Credit Karma's Money business unit. There, she helped scale the platform into one of the largest neo-banking services in the US. Before Credit Karma, Damany held senior roles at Yahoo!, leading global teams to deliver award-winning consumer experiences and improving advertiser ROI. Notably, she was also a founding member and product leader at Freshworks, where she later served as Chief Product Officer.
Damany's appointment reflects DailyPay's commitment to strengthening its product offerings and enhancing the financial well-being of its users. As she takes on the role of Chief Product Officer, Damany will work to unify and optimize DailyPay's product segment, building on the company's recent additions and leveraging her extensive experience in product development and innovation.
