Deltran Launches Secure, Mountable eCharge 48 EV Charger
Deltran, a veteran in power-related products, has introduced a new Level 2 EV charger, the eCharge 48. This mountable charger offers 48 amps of output current and comes with a range of accessories, ensuring secure and convenient charging for multiple users.
The eCharge 48 is available in both plug-in and hard-wired versions, and includes a 25-foot charging cable, a mounting bracket, a charge plug holder, and necessary hardware. It is priced at $684.95 and comes with two chip-enabled RFID cards for secure charging access. Additional accessories, such as an EV pedestal stand and an AC Tesla charging adapter, are also offered.
The charger is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, with an IP66 ingress protection rating. It features an LCD display and protection software, along with a sturdy charging cable and a rugged plastic enclosure, making installation simple and straightforward. The eCharge 48 is Energy Star- and UL-certified, meeting ETL/CETL, FCC, and ICES standards, ensuring electrical safety.
Deltran's eCharge line includes portable versions as well, catering to various user needs.
