DJI & Insta360 Unveil Game-Changing 360 Cameras & Drones at IFA 2025
IFA 2025 witnessed a significant showdown in the realm of 360-degree cameras and drones, with DJI and Insta360 unveiling their latest innovations. DJI introduced the Osmo 360, while Insta360 presented the Antigravity A1 drone.
DJI, renowned for its drones, has ventured into 360-degree cameras with the Osmo 360. This camera features a square 1-inch CMOS sensor and supports native 8K panoramic video recording. It also boasts a magnetic quick-release system and third-person perspective shooting. The Osmo 360 can record continuously for up to 100 minutes in 8K/30fps mode and supports fast charging. It offers 13.5 stops of dynamic range for high-contrast scene capture and supports D-Log M mode with 10-bit color depth for post-production flexibility.
Meanwhile, Insta360, known for its 360-degree cameras, has entered the drone market with the Antigravity A1. This is the first 8K panoramic aerial drone with the 'flight and shooting separation' concept. It allows users to capture complete aerial footage in a single flight and reframe it in post-production.
