In the bustling city of Philadelphia, the Justice Juanita Kidd Stout Center for Criminal Justice, a historic 30-year-old, 17-story courthouse, serves as the main hub for criminal proceedings in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. Given the aging and problematic AV systems plaguing the 65 courtrooms, an overhaul was deemed necessary to maintain order and clarity.
