Expanding their collaboration with Oracle, Infobip strengthens their customer communication offerings.
In a move aimed at enhancing customer experiences, Infobip, a global leader in cloud communications, has strengthened its partnership with Oracle. This expanded collaboration, announced in 2023, sees Infobip becoming an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for Oracle Integration Cloud.
Veselin Vuković, Global VP for Strategic Alliances & Partnerships at Infobip, emphasized the growing consumer demand for conversational experiences with businesses over familiar channels. He highlighted the importance of offering and integrating a wide range of communication channels to meet this demand.
Infobip's integration of solutions has enabled businesses to deliver personalized, omnichannel messaging across popular platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS. This collaboration addresses the need for a wide range of communication channels, providing Oracle users with valuable customer insights, enabling them to refine campaign strategies and nurture leads throughout the buying process.
The partnership combines Infobip's extensive network of over 800 direct operator connections, capable of delivering more than 100 billion messages annually, with Oracle's top-tier marketing and sales solutions for B2C and B2B companies. Over 18 billion interactions have been managed across 65 customers through these integrations.
Oracle Cloud Marketplace serves as a centralized hub for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications and services. This partnership allows businesses using Oracle solutions to leverage Infobip's omnichannel platform through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace (OCM).
Infobip aims to help enterprises create conversational experiences that drive conversions, boost sales, and foster customer loyalty by integrating their full omnichannel communications platform across any Oracle solution available through Oracle Cloud Marketplace. The collaboration would offer Oracle customers access to cutting-edge communication solutions, helping them deliver continuous value.
The partnership enables companies to orchestrate powerful customer interactions. For instance, Oracle Cloud Customer Experience (CX) customers can orchestrate consumer interactions using various Oracle products, including Responsys, Eloqua, and Digital Assistant, due to Infobip's initial partnership.
As companies continue to prioritize enhanced customer experiences, such collaborations are likely to play a crucial role in shaping the future of business-customer interactions across various industries. Stephen Streich, group vice president of product management at Oracle Marketing, emphasized Oracle's commitment to providing leading customer experience solutions.
Infobip's enhanced collaboration with Oracle, becoming an Oracle ISV, is a significant step forward in providing businesses with comprehensive, integrated communication solutions. As we move towards a more connected and conversational business landscape, the partnership between Infobip and Oracle is set to redefine the way businesses engage with their customers.
