FlexiCharger Pro: New 150kW Charging Solution Speeds EV Electrification
LichtBlick eMobility, Beck Automation, and Phoenix Contact have joined forces to introduce the FlexiCharger Pro, a new charging solution designed to simplify and accelerate the electrification of commercial vehicles and construction machinery. The innovative product offers high charging power and easy installation, with a key focus on sustainability and flexibility.
The FlexiCharger Pro boasts impressive charging capabilities, offering up to 150 kW of power. It uses standard CEE125A industrial power cables for easy installation. Sebastian Ewert, CEO of LichtBlick eMobility GmbH, highlights its design for applications requiring immediate, flexible technology that can be quickly repaired.
The charging station is compatible with a standard CCS2 connector, enabling fast charging of electric construction equipment and other electric vehicles. Its modular design allows for swift maintenance and independent component replacement by a trained electrician. Additionally, the FlexiCharger Pro is forklift-compatible and crane-liftable, ensuring easy transportation.
LichtBlick emphasizes the crucial role of commercial vehicles and construction machinery in decarbonization, helping businesses operate more sustainably. An optional spare parts package is available to restore operation in case of a fault within minutes. Furthermore, a 500 kW variant of the FlexiCharger Pro is already in development.
The FlexiCharger Pro, a collaborative effort between LichtBlick eMobility, Beck Automation, and Phoenix Contact, is set to revolutionize the charging of electric vehicles in depot and construction site environments. With its high charging power, easy installation, and focus on sustainability and flexibility, it aims to make the electrification process more efficient and cost-effective.
