Frequentis to Boost Safety in Busy Asian Skies with Advanced Air Traffic Monitoring

Frequentis, a leading provider of communication and information systems, has been selected to supply a state-of-the-art technical monitoring system for the Ho Chi Minh Air Traffic Control Centre (ATCC). The Advanced Network Management System (A-NMS) will enable end-to-end monitoring of all air traffic services in the region, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The Ho Chi Minh ATCC manages one of the busiest flight information regions in Southeast Asia, serving as a crucial corridor for international routes between Asia, Europe, and Australia. The A-NMS will support over 134,000 flights annually, providing real-time monitoring of infrastructure elements for voice and data traffic.

The system, developed by Frequentis, offers status views for every safety-critical service. This enables technical teams to prioritize tasks effectively and fix potential issues before they impact flight operations. The A-NMS will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of air traffic management in the region.
