Global Games Corporation Scoops Up Three Prizes, Finalizes DGC Business Acquisition in B2B Deal

In a significant move, Games Global, the renowned iGaming supplier, has completed the acquisition of DGC B2B from Super Group. This strategic move is part of Games Global's ambitious plan to expand in the lucrative US iGaming market.

The deal, finalized on February 1, 2024, comes after securing all necessary regulatory approvals. Neal Menashe, Super Group's chief executive, expressed satisfaction with the deal's completion, while Walter Bugno, CEO of Games Global, expressed pride in the company's recognition at the International Gaming Awards 2024.

Games Global, which operates one of the industry's highest-paying progressive jackpot networks, now has 40 studios under its wing and offers over 1,300 in-house games. The acquisition has positioned Games Global as a leading iGaming supplier, launching over 240 games in 2023 alone.

Just for the Win, a subsidiary of Games Global, was named Rising Star of the Year in 2021. In 2024, Just for the Win's Golden Fields slot game was named Game of the Year at the International Gaming Awards, further solidifying the company's position in the iGaming industry. Scarab Kingdom, another game by Just for the Win, previously won the Game of the Year accolade.

The acquisition follows Games Global's success at the International Gaming Awards 2024, where it was awarded the titles of Slot Provider of the Year and Games Studio of the Year. Games Global was also recognised in the industry, with Golden Fields slot game being named RNG Casino Supplier of the Year in 2023.

Walter Bugno noted that this move aligns with the company's desire to become a leader in the US market and beyond. He expressed his team's excitement about the acquisition, and Bugno is confident that Games Global is poised to capitalize on this opportunity.

With the acquisition of DGC B2B, Super Group can now focus on its global B2C growth. The company's chief executive, Neal Menashe, expressed satisfaction with the deal's completion, marking a new chapter in both companies' histories.

In a separate development, Games Global was acquired by the game developer group Playtech in February 2024 to strengthen its position in the online gaming market and expand its portfolio. This acquisition is expected to further boost Games Global's growth and influence in the iGaming industry.
