Guide for Obtaining and Installing Windows 11 Operating System

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of downloading a Windows 11 ISO file using UUP Dump and creating a bootable USB installation drive. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Visit the UUP Dump website

Navigate to the UUP Dump website and go to the Downloads tab.

Step 2: Select your desired build

Choose the "Windows 11 Insider Preview" option for your preferred build. For instance, if you want the 24H2 version, select a build number of 26100.1150 or higher. For the 25H2 version, choose a build number of 26200.5670 or higher.

Step 3: Choose your language and Windows editions

Select your preferred language and the Windows 11 editions you want in the ISO.

Step 4: Download and convert the ISO

Opt for “Download and convert to ISO”. For 25H2, check "Include updates" to get the latest integrated ISO.

Step 5: Download the package

Click “Create download package” to download a zip file containing the scripting tool.

Step 6: Extract the zip folder

Extract the downloaded zip folder on your computer.

Step 7: Run the batch file

Right-click the batch file (e.g., ) and run it as administrator. When prompted, press R to run the script, and wait as it downloads and builds the ISO.

Step 8: Find the ISO file

Once complete, the ISO file will be inside the extracted folder.

Step 9: Create a bootable USB installation drive

To write or "burn" your ISO file to a USB Flash drive, it's best to use Rufus, a free, third-party utility. Connect your USB Flash drive, download Rufus (it does not install), and follow these steps:

  1. Select your USB drive in Rufus and click Select, then choose the ISO file from your storage drive.
  2. Check remove requirement for TPM and 4GB and data collection in Rufus if desired, then click Ok.
  3. Click Start at the bottom of the Rufus window.

After Rufus has finished writing the ISO to your USB drive, you'll have a USB Flash drive that can boot to install Windows 11.

Key tips

  • For version 24H2, choose build 26100.1150 or higher; for 25H2, build 26200.5670 or higher.
  • Avoid spaces in the folder path where you extract the zip to prevent script errors.
  • Running the batch script requires administrator privileges and patience as the process is lengthy.
