Sophos Launches Unified Partner Program to Boost Growth and Differentiate Offerings
Sophos, a leading cybersecurity company, has announced the launch of its redesigned Partner Program. The new program aims to drive growth and differentiation opportunities for partners by providing scalability, profitability, and enhanced customer success.
The program offers a unified portfolio for market advantage, integrating Sophos and Secureworks partner ecosystems into a single streamlined platform. Partners can now sell across a comprehensive portfolio covering endpoint, network, email, cloud security, XDR/MDR, Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), and next-gen SIEM, all managed centrally via Sophos Central. This expansion opens up opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
The future-focused growth framework of the program offers revenue multipliers, volume discounts, and flexible billing options to help partners scale their businesses more efficiently. High-value incentives, integrated sales and marketing resources, and advanced enablement through certifications and guided onboarding via Sophos Academy are also part of the package.
Enhanced customer and partner success is another key focus area. Partners can now access expanded Partner Care, Renewal, and Customer Success teams, as well as free certification training for the entire partner community. The program also simplifies and speeds up ways to win business. Tools such as an AI Sales Assistant provide real-time guidance and insights, guiding partners in portal navigation, sales insights, and resource location. The partner portal features improved guided quoting, device and license management, opportunity tracking, and compliance dashboards to streamline sales processes.
The program also includes access to advisory and consultancy services, and by combining Sophos' ecosystem with Secureworks', the firm aims to make it easier for partners to deliver "next-generation security outcomes" faster. The new Partner Program unifies Sophos and Secureworks partners into a single channel ecosystem following Secureworks' acquisition by Sophos.
