AVPro Edge Unveils the AC-DA-X2 Series of HDMI Distribution Amplifiers
AVPro Edge, a leading manufacturer of professional AV solutions, has introduced a new series of HDMI distribution amplifiers called the AC-DA-X2. This innovative line of products is designed to cater to the needs of residential and commercial AV integrators, offering a solution for mixed-display systems to coexist at their native rates.
The AC-DA-X2 series is equipped to divide incoming HDMI signals up to 8K/60 fps into multiple output streams. With a 48 Gbps bandwidth (Fixed Rate Link 6), these amplifiers ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of high-definition content.
Each output of the AC-DA-X2 series distribution amplifier can provide a 3D immersive audio format signal to a decoding audio playback device, enhancing the overall audio-visual experience. The series includes three HDMI 2.1b models: AC-DA-12X2, AC-DA-14X2, and AC-DA-18X2, offering flexibility in terms of output requirements.
The AC-DA-12X2 is a one-input to two-output distribution amplifier, while the AC-DA-14X2 is a one-input to four-output distribution amplifier. For those needing even more output streams, the AC-DA-18X2 is a one-input to eight-output distribution amplifier.
In addition to their primary function, the AC-DA-X2 series distribution amplifiers can extract audio for up to 7.1 digital or 2-channel analog applications. They also support custom EDID blend, allowing for the combining of EDIDs from different devices, and gaming-focused HDMI 2.1b features.
The AC-DA-X2 series distribution amplifiers are designed to provide dynamic headroom for mixed-display systems and can perform signal downscaling for compatibility with legacy display devices. Moreover, they boast extended 4-Block EDID support for demanding NextGen displays.
The AVPro Edge FD amplifiers belonging to the AC-DA-X2 series were developed with a focus on delivering high-performance, reliable, and versatile solutions for the AV industry. These HDMI distribution amplifiers enable integrators to build complex systems that can handle a variety of display and audio configurations, making them an ideal choice for modern AV installations.
