ISACA Installs 2025-2026 Board of Directors at Annual General Meeting

ISACA, a global association known for its focus on information security, governance, assurance, risk management, data privacy, and emerging technology, has announced the installation of its new Board of Directors during the Annual General Meeting.

The meeting, coinciding with the first ISACA Awareness Day in Illinois, where ISACA is headquartered, marks a significant milestone for the organisation. The 2025-2026 ISACA Board of Directors consists of 13 leaders, each bringing valuable insight, experience, and passion that strengthens ISACA's mission and vision and amplifies its impact for members.

The board is headed by returning board chair John De Santis and new board vice chair Jamie Norton. John De Santis is a technology executive and past chairman and CEO of HyTrust, Inc., with over 40 years of international and US-based experience. Jamie Norton, a highly respected cybersecurity expert based in Australia, currently serves as chief information security officer for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Among the new board members is Dr. Tim Sattler, a recognized information security and cybersecurity leader based in Germany. However, at the time of writing, there is no information available about which of the other 11 new board members is from Germany.

ISACA's mission remains the same: to provide knowledge, credentials, training, and network for professionals in these fields. The association offers resources tailored to every stage of members' careers and aims to expand IT and education career pathways through its work with the ISACA Foundation.
