JetBlue Introduces 'TrueBlue Travel' Service, Rebranding 'Paisly' and Enhancing Features

JetBlue's newly launched TrueBlue Travel platform is revolutionising the way TrueBlue loyalty members can engage with the airline's loyalty program. This comprehensive travel booking system now allows members to book not only flights but also a wide range of non-flight travel services such as hotels, vacation rentals, car rentals, activities, theme park tickets, and travel bags[1][3][5].

Key Details and Benefits

Expanded Booking Options

With TrueBlue Travel, members can use the platform to book hotels, cars, activities, and more, consolidating trip planning in one place[1][3]. This means that, whether you're planning a holiday or a business trip, you can now manage all your travel arrangements through a single platform.

Point Redemption Flexibility

TrueBlue points can now be redeemed for a wider array of travel products beyond flights, including hotels, car rentals, and activities, enhancing the value and utility of points[1][5]. This means that you can now use your accumulated TrueBlue points to book entire vacations, not just air travel.

Earning Points on Non-Flight Bookings

Members earn 1 TrueBlue point per dollar spent on hotels, activities, and travel bags; and 100 points per day on car rentals (200 points per day for Mosaic elite members), capped at 5 days. Purchases also earn "Tiles," which count toward Mosaic elite status — 1 Tile earned per $100 spent[3][5]. This means that, even when not flying JetBlue, members can still earn rewards for their non-flight bookings.

Exclusive Savings and Price Matching

The platform offers exclusive member discounts such as up to 20% off hotels, up to 35% off rental cars, hotel price matching, and free cancellation on car rentals, improving cost savings for users[5].

Integration with the TrueBlue Loyalty Program

The platform is seamlessly integrated with JetBlue's TrueBlue loyalty program[1][5]. This means that TrueBlue members can earn points on a broad range of travel bookings besides flights, increasing opportunities to accumulate rewards. The platform also supports redeeming points for diverse travel needs, giving members flexible and convenient ways to use points on entire vacations, not just air travel.

Earning "Tiles" through bookings supports progress toward JetBlue’s Mosaic elite status, adding status rewards to routine travel purchases[5]. JetBlue credit card holders earn additional points bonuses on TrueBlue Travel purchases, further incentivising spending within the JetBlue ecosystem[5].

Seamless, Integrated Experience

Powered by JetBlue’s proprietary Paisly technology, TrueBlue Travel aims to provide a seamless, integrated experience for booking, earning, and redeeming rewards in one platform, supporting a more comprehensive loyalty engagement beyond just flights[1][5].

In summary, TrueBlue Travel expands JetBlue’s loyalty program benefits by enabling members to book and pay for a wide range of travel services with points, earn points on non-flight bookings, enjoy member-exclusive discounts, and progress toward elite status, all integrated within a single, user-friendly platform[1][3][5].

Availability and Eligibility

The TrueBlue Travel site is live for bookings as of August 5, 2025. These benefits are only available when signed into a TrueBlue account. For car rentals, members earn 100 points per day (200 for Mosaic members), up to 5 days, and 1 Tile per $100 spent.

TrueBlue Travel is the rebranded name for JetBlue's travel booking portal, previously known as Paisly. JetBlue credit card holders earn more points: 3 points per $1 spent with The JetBlue Card, and 6 points per $1 spent with The JetBlue Plus Card and JetBlue Premier World Elite Mastercard.

JetBlue offers 24/7 support via its "Helpful Humans" team. Linking an upcoming flight or logging into a TrueBlue account unlocks exclusive member discounts and personalized offers.
