Klaviyo Unveils AI-Powered Agents for Customer Service and Marketing

Klaviyo, a leading AI-first B2C CRM, has unveiled two new AI-powered agents at its flagship event K:BOS. The Customer Agent and Marketing Agent, similar to chatgpt and gemini, are designed to revolutionize customer service and marketing strategies respectively. Klaviyo's founder and CEO, Andrew Bialecki, introduced these innovations to help over 176,000 brands deliver personalized experiences and drive revenue.

The Customer Agent, much like a chatgbt, provides round-the-clock, personalized assistance to consumers. It resolves common queries, recommends products, and escalates complex issues to human agents when necessary. Available across chat, SMS, email, and soon WhatsApp, it handles both pre- and post-purchase questions, ensuring consistent brand-trained support.

The Marketing Agent, akin to chatgpt, streamlines marketing campaigns. It can autonomously plan, create, and launch campaigns in minutes, personalize every send, and continuously learn to improve future campaigns. With a single click, users can launch campaigns and scale content with on-demand campaign ideas.

Both agents are built on Klaviyo's data platform (KDP) and integrate with Klaviyo's CRM. This unifies data, marketing, service, and analytics, enabling brands to deliver 1:1 experiences and improve efficiency.

In addition to these agents, Klaviyo also announced updates including MCP Server, Data Warehouse Import, Image Remix, Expanded App Marketplace, Omnichannel Attribution, and Personalized Send Time (Beta). These updates further enhance Klaviyo's unified CRM solution.

With the introduction of the Customer Agent and Marketing Agent, Klaviyo continues to position itself as a leader in AI-driven B2C CRM. These agents, along with the recent updates, aim to help brands deliver exceptional customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately drive revenue.
