As a Design Lead at Clay, you will be responsible for leading projects from research to final delivery. With a team located in various parts of the world, including a significant presence in Europe and the USA, you will collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Developers, ensuring smooth delivery and implementation of design work.
Your digital design expertise, honed over 5+ years, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role within an agency or product team, will be invaluable. You will mentor and guide UI/UX Designers, helping them grow and maintaining high design standards.
Your strong written English skills and fluency in spoken English are essential for client-facing deliverables and presentations. You will be comfortable taking responsibility for these deliverables, ensuring everything is polished and clear.
As a Design Lead, you will also take responsibility for client updates and organizing presentation materials. You will conduct design reviews, giving constructive feedback, and setting clear quality standards.
In addition to your hands-on UI/UX skills, you will also oversee design system creation and implementation, ensuring consistency across projects. You will be skilled in design operations, organizing workflows, structuring files, preparing documentation, and optimizing collaboration.
You will thrive on solving complex UX challenges and aligning design decisions with business strategy and user needs. You will improve workflows, optimize design processes, and keep project files and documentation organized.
