The Vietnamese Innovation Network in Korea (VINK) has been established under the patronage of the National Innovation Centre managed by Vietnam's Ministry of Finance. He also highlighted the importance of a skilled workforce and the joint efforts of intellectuals, experts, and entrepreneurs both at home and abroad in achieving success.

With over 2,000 members who are intellectuals, scientists, chief engineers, and chief architects in key industries, the VINK has a presence in 22 countries and territories.
