Messenger Bot Unveils New Features for Streamlined Facebook Comment Moderation
Messenger Bot, a platform managing Facebook comment moderation, has unveiled new features to streamline the process. Moderators now have enhanced tools to handle comments more efficiently.
The platform's Comments Dashboard has been updated with advanced filtering options. Moderators can now narrow down comments by minimum and maximum word count, making it easier to manage long discussions or short, concise remarks.
Additionally, the dashboard offers basic controls for each comment. A 'Check' approves a comment, an 'X' rejects or bans it, and a 'Heart' features it. Featured comments gain prominence, appearing at the top of the commenting list on the post they were written on.
The Comments Dashboard also allows filtering by author, enabling moderators to focus on specific users. Moreover, bulk actions can be performed on selected comments, saving time and effort.
In a move to maintain transparency, the original commenter can still view banned comments, while the rest of the community remains unaware of their existence.
Messenger Bot's updates aim to improve comment moderation on Facebook. With enhanced filtering, basic controls, and bulk actions, moderators can now manage comments more effectively. The platform continues to balance transparency with community guidelines.
