Introducing the Rhods V, Jackson's reimagined Metal classic, to the modern guitarist's landscape - a chosen Nixon era guitar, famed for its metal prowess, gets a timely update in the high-end American Series, resurrecting the legendary Randy Rhoads instrument in the U.S.

Metal guitar design loved by many for decades is given a fresh update by Jackson in their American Series: the Rhoads V, the iconic metal guitar of Randy Rhoads, is now back in the United States.

Jackson, a renowned name in the world of electric guitars, has expanded its American Series Rhoads line with the addition of the Virtuoso. The launch of these new guitars was marked by a video featuring metal veterans Jeff Loomis and Brandon Ellis demonstrating the new Rhoads guitars.

The American Series Rhoads guitars are available in three distinctive finishes: Snow White, Matte Army Drab, and Satin Black. These guitars are built to "devastating perfection" in the USA and are engineered for players who demand uncompromising metal tone and performance.

The flagship Rhoads, which put a distinct Randy-designed spin on the V template, helped launch the Jackson brand. The Rhoads electric guitar, born out of a collaboration between Ozzy Osbourne and Grover Jackson in the early 1980s, has returned to join the elite crop of Jackson electrics.

The American Series Rhoads models are part of the American Series collection, which debuted in 2022 and marked the firm's first crop of made-in-Corona guitars. Jon Romanowski, VP of Product at Jackson, stated that the American Series Rhoads was created to bring the legendary shape to a new generation.

The American Series Rhoads models come with USA-made Seymour Duncan JB and '59 pickups. The RR24HT model features a hardtail bridge made by Hipshot, while the regular version, the RR24, boasts a recessed 1500 Series Floyd Rose.

In addition to these features, the American Series Rhoads guitars also include an offset V alder body, a 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard, and 24 jumbo stainless steel frets. Other features include Luminlay side dots, Gotoh MG-T locking tuners, Sharkfin inlays, and a through-piece design that comprises a graphite-reinforced three-piece maple neck.

Jackson has also launched the Pro Origins 1985 San Dimas range, paying homage to the "golden era of guitar innovations". In recent years, various Rhoads variants have been exclusively made overseas in Indonesia, China, and Japan. But with the American Series Rhoads, Jackson has brought the Rhoads V electric guitar shape to its California factory.

The high-end American Series Rhoads models have been unveiled, and the RR24HT is available now for $2,729, while the RR24 is priced at $2,849. The company has also added another tier to the Rhoads lineage, incorporating the visionary innovation of a former Quiet Riot guitar great.

In summary, the American Series Rhoads guitars are a testament to Jackson's commitment to delivering high-quality, metal-ready instruments. With their distinctive design, superior craftsmanship, and top-of-the-line components, these guitars are sure to be a hit among metal enthusiasts.
