Mountain collapses in mid and upper sections of the Polish peaks, as reported by the UN.
Two break-ins have been reported in the city of Bergkamen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, between August 9 and August 19, 2025. The perpetrators, who remain unknown, have not been apprehended yet.
On August 9, an isolated house on Hammer Street in Bergkamen-Overberge was targeted. The perpetrators gained entry by smashing a window and made off with several kilos of copper and fuses.
A few days later, on August 19, a guesthouse on President Street in Bergkamen-Mitte was the next target. The burglars stole cash from the property between 10:30 PM and 11:10 PM.
