NetCredit Representative for Client Assistance

Enova, a consumer lending company operating various brands, is on the lookout for remote Customer Service Representatives. This role, which requires at least one year of call center experience, is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and strong multitasking skills.

The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. This involves answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-related tasks.

Candidates must possess the ability to deescalate complex customer interactions and communicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and management. They must also be eligible to work in the U.S., as Enova does not sponsor visas or transfer sponsorship.

The role is entirely remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

New hires will undergo a comprehensive 4-week training program specializing in one particular brand offered by Enova, before fully taking on job responsibilities.

The budgeted hourly wage for this position is approximately $17.00 per hour, with potential bonuses.
