Fuse, an Omnicom Media Group agency, has set up shop in Mumbai, India, marking its global entry into the South Asian market. Meanwhile, Jorge Murillo has been named co-chief creative officer at Alma, joining forces with creative partner Pedro Perez.

Lisa Rios has taken on the role of director of brand strategy at Brownstein Group, bringing her expertise to the Philadelphia-based agency. Dentsu has enhanced its influencer marketing capabilities with the launch of Dentsu Influence, a new division dedicated to this growing sector.

At Odaline, Anja Stühmeier and Jonas Kirschstein have stepped into managing partner roles. Stühmeier oversees people and processes, while Kirschstein focuses on business development.
