Porsche & La Marzocco Brew Up Limited-Edition Espresso Machines
Porsche and La Marzocco, two iconic brands from different worlds, have joined forces to create a pair of espresso machines that blend automotive elegance with coffee craftsmanship. The Porsche x La Marzocco Linea Micra machines are available in Martini Racing and Slate Grey Neo editions, each boasting unique features that pay homage to Porsche's rich automotive history.
Founded in 1927 in Florence, Italy, La Marzocco has been at the forefront of the upscale coffee house revolution. For this collaboration, they've based the machines on their Linea Micra model, infusing it with Porsche's signature style. Both machines sport pressure gauges reminiscent of a Porsche speedometer, while the Martini Racing edition dons the iconic blue and red livery of the 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RSR.
Each machine is a dual-boiler manual, equipped with a 2L water reservoir and weighing 42lbs. The drip and cup trays are inspired by the Porsche GT3 Touring package, adding a touch of sportiness to the functional design. Aluminum knobs, reminiscent of the Drive Mode button on a Porsche's steering wheel, further enhance the automotive feel. Every machine bears a Porsche plate with an edition number, out of a limited run of 911 units.
The Porsche x La Marzocco Linea Micra machines are more than just espresso makers; they're a testament to the power of collaboration between two legendary brands. With their unique design elements and limited edition status, these machines are sure to be coveted by both coffee enthusiasts and Porsche aficionados alike.
