Progressing Ahead: Constructors Demonstrate AI Capabilities with CARV's Technology Suite
The Tech Fairness Hackathon, co-hosted by CARV, FAIR3, and HackQuest, has concluded successfully, marking a significant step forward in the development of autonomous, decentralized AI agents. The global event attracted over 600 applicants and more than 200 registered projects, showcasing the global momentum behind agent-based, privacy-first, modular applications.
CARV, a platform where AI Beings live, learn, and evolve, born natively on-chain, challenged developers to work on four core infrastructure layers: AI Agent Infra on SVM, Decentralized Data Orchestration, Modular Identity & Reputation, and Open Innovation. The purpose of AI Beings in this hackathon was to develop sovereign, autonomous AI agents that embody principles of tech fairness, privacy, data sovereignty, and decentralization.
The development of these AI Beings involved building a modular, privacy-first AI agent stack using CARV’s custom Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) blockchain, the D.A.T.A. Framework for real-time, consent-based data orchestration, and CARV ID for verifiable agent identity and reputation systems. Projects like AI World, Cipher Protocol, DootyCall, NutriMe, and PeachLust were showcased as leading examples of decentralized agents.
Key aspects of the AI Beings’ development highlighted in the hackathon include:
- Execution and coordination layers built atop CARV’s SVM Chain enabling on-chain autonomous operation of AI agents.
- Decentralized data orchestration allowing agents to access and use user-consented data in real time.
- Modular identity and reputation systems extending CARV ID with behavioral metadata to solidify agents' sovereignty.
- Real-world agent applications that integrate onchain identity and privacy protections.
- A governance model through veCARV staking to scale Agent IDs and open marketplaces supporting the AI ecosystem.
Ambero, from CARV, highlighted three near-term priorities following the Hackathon: deploying Agent IDs at scale, launching early agent marketplaces, and driving governance participation. Victor Yu, COO of CARV, mentioned that the next step is to support builders with on-chain deployments, testing environments, and fast-track access to CARV’s infrastructure.
$CARV token powers staking, governance, and coordination across CARV’s stack, making it the operating system for AI Beings on Web3. CARV has issued 8M+ CARV IDs, has 60K+ verifier nodes, and 1,000+ integrated games.
CARV bridges AI agents, Web3 infrastructure, and real-world utility, fueling the rise of agent-driven economies. The platform views the Hackathon as the ignition point for an ecosystem of AI Beings, agents that are identity-bound, economically aligned, and designed to serve real people, not just centralized platforms.
