Safariland Expands into Civilian Concealed Carry with Incog X Holsters
Safariland, a renowned name in law enforcement gear, has expanded into the civilian concealed-carry market with the launch of their Incog X line of holsters. These innovative holsters, designed with input from Travis Haley of Haley Strategic Partners, cater to both right- and left-handed shooters and offer a versatile carry option.
The Incog X holsters are designed for inside-the-waistband and appendix carry, featuring tuckable polymer clips that secure to the belt and distribute weight evenly. A clip strut with adjustable depth helps tuck the holster into the body, preventing printing. The retention of the handgun can be adjusted with a single screw, complementing the passive retention provided by the holster's molded contours.
Safariland has introduced a new, soft suede outer layer over Boltaron for the Incog X, similar to those found on their duty holsters. This addition enhances comfort and durability. An optional magazine carrier can be attached for a 'sidecar' arrangement, further expanding the holster's functionality.
The Incog X line from Safariland offers a precision-molded fit for specific handguns, ensuring a secure and comfortable carry. With their adjustable retention, tuckable design, and versatile carry options, these holsters are a welcome addition to the civilian concealed-carry market.
