Samsung enables users to infuse a personal touch into its budget-friendly foldable device.
Based on Samsung's assertions, their latest foldable phones, specifically the Z Flip 3, have witnessed an astonishing surge in sales: Samsung declares a whopping 40-fold boost in sales compared to its predecessor. At Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked Part 2 event, the tech giant unveiled a customization service for the Z Fold 3, allowing users to truly exhibit their unique style.
For those unsatisfied with the existing seven color choices for the Z Flip 3, Samsung's new Bespoke Studio is adding more customization options to its most economical foldable phone. The Bespoke Edition of the Z Flip 3 (starting at $1,100) allows users to select from two frame colors (black or silver) and a range of colored panels (black, white, pink, yellow, and blue) for the phone's front and back, resulting in a staggering 49 distinct color combinations. If customization fatigue sets in later, Samsung's Bespoke Upgrade Care service enables users to change the panels on their Bespoke Z Flip 3 post-purchase.
Samsung reveals that the Z Flip 3 Bespoke Edition was inspired by some of the customization options available on its Bespoke appliances, and aside from the Z Flip 3, there will also be a Bespoke version of the Galaxy Watch 4. Samsung offered customizable hinges for last year's Z Fold 2, but it seems the Z Fold 3 isn't getting that option from Samsung's new Bespoke Studio.

Samsung has teamed up with designer brand Maison Kitsuné to launch special edition variants of the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Watch 4. Both the Buds 2 and Watch 4 will feature Maison Kitsuné's iconic fox mascot artwork, with the special edition Watch 4 also offering some exclusive watch faces. Purchasers of the Maison Kitsuné Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Buds 2 will also get access to an exclusive Samsung phone theme via an NFC tag on the box.
Samsung is also releasing a Watch 4 software update that enables users to create their own custom watch face using four base templates, along with the ability to mix and match complications to cater to their preferences. Samsung claims this update will even allow users to set a moving GIF as their MyPhoto+ watch face, should a static image fail to pique their interest.

The update also introduces a range of new gesture controls, including the capacity to activate a designated app or shortcut by tapping your wrist two times in a specific pattern, akin to a "knock knock" gesture.
Today, the new software update for the Galaxy Watch 4, the Galaxy Z Flip 3 Bespoke Edition, and the Galaxy Watch 4 Bespoke Edition is available for download. Users can customize their watch and foldable phone on Samsung's website.
The Maison Kitsuné Variants of the Galaxy Buds 2 and Galaxy Watch 4 will also be available today, but Samsung warns that the products will only be in limited stock, so those keen on these adorable options should act promptly.
The tech industry's future looks bright with Samsung's continuous efforts in customization, as demonstrated by the addition of Bespoke Studio for their Z Flip 3, offering technology users a vast array of personalized color combinations. With the surge in sales of the Z Flip 3 and Samsung's commitment to technology advancements, we can expect even more innovative tech products in the future.
