Grindstone, a company renowned for aiding high-growth, innovative businesses, has revealed the selection of seven startups for its latest program in collaboration with E Squared. The Grindstone | E Squared Program is designed to accelerate the success of high-potential Allan Gray Fellows and Pathways Investees.

The chosen startups span various sectors, including software, ed-tech, e-health, food distribution, and more. Among the selected are African Saga, a comic and anime series on Webtoon, Muna Studios offering a zero-waste shopping experience, Docotela Health, a premium, affordable telehealth platform, Fleetfund connecting investors to high-growth opportunities, and SUTA National Logistics, delivering a tech-driven, stress-free approach to moving and delivery.

The Grindstone Academy provides in-depth baseline assessments to identify gaps and define a growth benchmark for the startups in the cohort. This digital platform filled with high-impact learning will be accessible to all the founders.

Catherine Young, managing partner at Grindstone, stated that the Grindstone | E Squared Program is about equipping high-potential founders with real-world tools, honest feedback, and access to the right people to help them scale smart. The program is a founder-focused, growth engineering journey.

Startups in the program cohort will also receive personalized coaching, brand and marketing support, and investor-ready data room development. Grindstone and E Squared will help unlock market access, refine strategy, and facilitate warm introductions to aligned clients, partners, and investors.

The Grindstone | E Squared Program officially began in early July, with the kick-off event held at the JoziGin Bar. Grindstone, co-owned by Knife Capital and Thinkroom Limited since its establishment in 2013, is partnering with E Squared to support entrepreneurs who are purpose-driven and ready to go the distance.

The program is designed to guide the startups through a curated series of workshops and interventions, aimed at unlocking measurable growth. Catherine Young emphasized that the program is not just about providing resources, but about creating a community of like-minded entrepreneurs who can learn from each other and grow together.

The Grindstone | E Squared Program is another step forward in Grindstone's mission to assist high-growth, innovative businesses to scale their operations. With the diverse range of startups selected for this program, it promises to be an exciting journey for all involved.
