Solar-Fabrik Launches High-Performance Mono S4 Halfcut BC Full Black Module

Solar-Fabrik, a German manufacturer, has started delivering its Mono S4 Halfcut BC Full Black solar module since early September 2025. This module is designed for private and commercial rooftop installations, offering high performance and durability.

The module boasts an impressive operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C, with a temperature coefficient of 0.260% per degree Celsius. It is constructed with 108 half-cells based on monocrystalline n-type silicon wafers, ensuring high efficiency.

The Mono S4 Halfcut BC Full Black module features a robust double-glass construction with 2mm thick glasses, providing excellent mechanical load capacity and hail protection. It has a 30mm thick black anodized aluminum frame and weighs approximately 25kg. The module can withstand snow loads of up to 5400 Pascal and meets hail protection class 4.

Solar-Fabrik has planned a successor with 480 watts for the end of the year. This variant will come in transparent and white cell spacing options, further expanding its versatility. The 480-watt module offers an efficiency of 23.52%, slightly higher than the current 475-watt version with 23.27% efficiency.

Solar-Fabrik's Mono S4 Halfcut BC Full Black module is a robust and efficient solution for rooftop installations. With a planned successor offering even more power and versatility, the company continues to innovate in the solar industry. The module's high performance and durability are backed by Solar-Fabrik's 30-year product and performance warranties.
