Sonik Motors Unveils World's First Radar-Integrated Electric Motorcycle, X-47

Sonik Motors has opened bookings for the X-47, the world's first radar-integrated electric motorcycle. The introductory price of ₹2.49 lakh applies to the first 1,000 customers. Deliveries are set to begin in October 2025.

The X-47 Crossover is designed to compete in India's growing premium EV motorcycle segment. It offers advanced safety features such as blind-spot monitoring, lane-change assist, and rear collision warning, equipped with a 77 GHz long-range rear radar for enhanced situational awareness.

The electric motor produces 40 BHP and 100 Nm, enabling a top speed of 145 km/h and acceleration from 0-60 km/h in 2.7 seconds. The bike provides two battery options: 7.1 kWh (211 km range) and 10.3 kWh (323 km range). It also comes with a dashcam setup, a secondary 5-inch touchscreen display, and 32GB of onboard storage.

The X-47 is a significant addition to the Indian EV market, combining advanced technology, safety features, and performance. With its competitive pricing and innovative features, it is poised to make a mark in the premium EV motorcycle segment.
