Grass Valley Strengthens North American Sports and Live Production Team
Grass Valley, a leading provider of live entertainment and media technology, has made significant moves to bolster its North American team. The company has appointed three industry veterans to its sports and live production division, as reported by the TV Tech Newsletter.
Ben Dolinky, a broadcast and media technology expert, has been appointed as senior solutions architect at Grass Valley. In this role, Dolinky will focus on designing sports and live production solutions across North America. Previously, Dolinky served as the chief engineer at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, home of the NFL's Atlanta Falcons and MLS team Atlanta United FC. Before that, he had stints with the NBA's Phoenix Suns and MLB's San Francisco Giants.
Jeremy Morell, another Grass Valley alumnus, has been appointed as director, pre-sales, Americas. Morell is a broadcast and media technology expert who played a key role in designing Disney's ABC Galaxy project. He will lead the pre-sales engineering team at Grass Valley.
Greg Doggett has been appointed as VP, sports sales, North America. Doggett brings a wealth of experience, having built deep relationships with teams, venues, systems integrators, and design consultants during his career at companies like Rhode & Schwarz, TVU Networks, and Telestream.
Alex Keighley, Grass Valley's senior vice president sales, Americas, expressed his excitement about the new appointments. "Grass Valley is at the forefront of live production innovation during a period of unprecedented change," Keighley said. "Doggett, Morell, and Dolinky will help customers navigate challenges and deliver the best content to their audiences."
Jeremy Morell also expressed his enthusiasm about being part of a team focused on flexibility, innovation, and customer needs. Ben Dolinky, too, is excited to work alongside industry leaders and contribute to world-class broadcast experiences. Doggett is equally thrilled to return to Grass Valley and lead North American Sports at an exciting time for the industry.
