Swiss IDP Platform Acodis Secures CHF 6M in Series A Funding
Acodis, a Swiss intelligent document processing (IDP) platform, has secured CHF 6 million in a Series A funding round. The company, which specialises in automated document processing, has gained significant traction in the pharma industry, earning multiple awards and onboarding several major clients.
Founded in 2016, Acodis enables automated processing of any document within seconds. Its SaaS solution is trusted by the largest pharma companies for document processing automation and data analytics. In the past year, Acodis won and onboarded 3 of the 10 largest pharma companies, demonstrating its growing influence in the sector.
The funding round was led by Hi Inov and VI Partners. The funds will be used to expand Acodis' position in the pharma and health sectors. Notably, Acodis launched a no-code platform for advanced document analysis and document structure extraction, further enhancing its offerings.
Acodis' CEO, Martin Keller, sees the financing as a testament to the company's market relevance and value to customers. With a team of 25 employees based in Winterthur, Switzerland, Acodis is well-positioned to continue its growth trajectory in the intelligent document processing landscape.
