Tech firm Shreetech gains USD 4.5 million funding from Aarii Ventures and Cello Family Office
Shreetech Data Pvt Ltd, a Mumbai-based digital infrastructure company founded in 1998, has recently raised $4.5 million (approximately ₹37–39 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Aarii Ventures (the investment arm of the Kothari family) and Cello Family Office. This strategic investment aims to strengthen Shreetech’s integrated operations across its three core verticals: data center and digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and in-house manufacturing of mission-critical equipment.
As a full-stack infrastructure partner, Shreetech delivers end-to-end infrastructure solutions that encompass design, construction, technical audits, IT integration, and lifecycle management. The firm has executed more than 100 data center projects and holds over 500 MW of sanctioned power capacity, showing strong growth with revenues rising from Rs 88 crore in FY21 to Rs 613 crore in FY25 at a CAGR of 62%, driven by the data infrastructure segment followed by power and manufacturing.
The company plans to use the new capital to expand and strengthen its vertically integrated model, enhancing capabilities in data centers, power infrastructure, and in-house manufacturing, thereby improving speed, efficiency, and reliability in delivering mission-critical infrastructure.
The Cello Family Office, an active investor in India's startup ecosystem, has also participated in the funding round. Aarii Ventures is part of the Arvog and Augmont Group, which has over USD 8 billion in group revenues.
Shreetech operates across three main verticals: data center and digital infrastructure, power infrastructure, and manufacturing of mission-critical equipment. The growth has been led primarily by data infrastructure projects, followed by power infrastructure and manufacturing.
Under its Datalix line, Shreetech produces infrastructure components such as LV switchboards, smart power distribution units, cable management systems, and data center ceiling systems. The manufacturing division supports Shreetech’s engineering, procurement, and construction business, and serves third-party clients.
Shreetech’s power infrastructure portfolio covers high-capacity transmission lines, substations, and rail electrification. The firm undertakes turnkey projects in its data center vertical, including civil and MEP execution, IT networks, cloud and cybersecurity integration, smart city systems, and leasing services.
With the new investment from two strategic family offices, Shreetech plans to further strengthen its role as a full-stack infrastructure partner in India's expanding digital and industrial sectors. This positions Shreetech as a key infrastructure enabler supporting India’s ambitious digital and industrial growth.
