Tech Mahindra Names Mohit Joshi as Incoming CEO
Tech Mahindra has announced that Mohit Joshi, currently President at Infosys, will join the company as the Managing Director & CEO Designate before 19th December 2023. This move ensures a smooth transition following the retirement of current CEO, CP Gurnani.
Mohit Joshi brings a wealth of experience to Tech Mahindra. With over two decades in enterprise technology software and consulting, Joshi has held various leadership roles. Most recently, he headed Global Financial Services & Healthcare and the Software businesses at Infosys.
T. N. Manoharan, Chairperson of Tech Mahindra's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, commended Joshi's appointment. 'Mohit's extensive experience and proven track record make him an excellent fit for this role,' Manoharan said.
Joshi's appointment is effective from 19th December 2023, following Gurnani's retirement. He will take over as the MD & CEO on this date.
