Technical Guidance and Sales Process Management
Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical guidance to app developers, helping them integrate and optimize RevenueCat's monetization tools for revenue growth. This will involve managing technical sales processes such as product demos, answering technical questions, and supporting proof of concept or trial phases.
Bridging the Gap Between Prospects and Internal Teams
In addition to your technical expertise, you will serve as a liaison between prospects and customers and internal teams like Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Building Credibility and Trust
Your role will also involve building credibility and trust with technical and business stakeholders to accelerate sales and adoption. A Senior Technical Sales Position
This role is a senior technical sales position focused on combining deep product knowledge with excellent communication and customer engagement skills. It often requires working remotely across multiple regions, including North America, APAC, and Europe.
Mentorship and Contribution to Scaling the Enablement Library
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will also mentor new Sales Engineers and contribute to scaling the enablement library. You will create scalable content to answer common evaluation questions and write lightweight proofs of concept or code snippets to speed up internal decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, or developer advocacy for a SaaS or developer-tool company. You should be fluent with mobile stacks and comfortable reading and writing Swift or Objective-C, Kotlin or Java, Flutter or Dart, or React Native with TypeScript.
You should also be familiar with tools such as Linear, Notion, Slack, and Looker. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of converting form fill to win in the segments you will own.
