VerSe Innovation Appoints Rohit Sandal as New CHRO
VerSe Innovation has appointed Rohit Sandal as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Sandal brings a wealth of experience to the role, having led HR teams at prominent global companies.
Sandal joins VerSe Innovation from his most recent role at Freshworks, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, he held senior HR positions at Lenovo and Dell, accumulating over two decades of HR leadership experience.
He will now lead VerSe Innovation's global people strategy, focusing on developing future-ready talent capabilities and fortifying the company's culture. The appointment comes after the departure of Maya John, who steered the company's workforce growth and instilled cultural values during her tenure as Chief People Officer.
Umang Bedi, co-founder of VerSe Innovation, thanked Maya John for her leadership and welcomed Rohit Sandal to the team. Bedi highlighted Sandal's expertise in scaling people functions, expressing confidence in his ability to drive VerSe Innovation's HR strategy forward.
