Xbox Game Pass Hikes Prices, But Third-Party Discounts Persist
Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass has seen significant price increases, with the Ultimate tier jumping by 50% to $30 a month in the U.S. starting October 1, 2025. Despite this, some third-party providers continue to offer discounts on the crazy games subscription service, often hailed as the best deal in gaming.
The service provides access to a vast library of games and online multiplayer features. However, cancelling Xbox Game Pass revokes all these benefits immediately.
To cancel, users must navigate to the Microsoft account services page, sign in, and follow the steps under the Xbox Game Pass subsection. It's important to note that the subscription runs until the current paid period concludes upon cancellation.
While Xbox Game Pass has experienced substantial price increases, third-party outlets like Eneba still offer redeemable codes at discounted rates for Microsoft 365. Microsoft's pricing changes have not deterred these providers from continuing to offer better prices, sometimes with additional fees depending on payment methods.
